A wellness consultation consists of a 45- minute online session with a certified holistic coach that allows us to assess your health and wellness goals. Together we will choose the best plan for you to learn ways to intervene in your own life by tapping into your ability to create a unique and empowered version of wellbeing and discover your potential to thrive on this earth.

Cancellation Policy

This service is non-refundable. To reschedule, please contact us 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is based on the availability of your coach and will only be allowed twice.
